Design Approach
My design process starts with understanding both user needs and business goals. I identify and frame the right problems, then explore, validate, and shape solutions through iteration. When designing AI products, I also consider model capabilities, technical constraints, and the inherent uncertainty of AI experiences—balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility to turn complex problems into clear, trustworthy, and actionable experiences.
